2018 Ballot Initiatives
AAHOA supports Amendment 2 to make the 10 percent property tax cap permanent. Currently, the property tax cap is set to expire on December 31, 2018.
If the property tax cap expires, an estimated 2.2 million properties could face a tax increase of up to $700 million in 2019. With your help, we can pass Amendment 2 and save the property tax cap.
