AAHOA’s New Partner Checklist

  • Work with sales to develop your profile and company contacts.
  • Have an onboarding call with the AAHOA Marketing Manager. Email ads@aahoa.com to get started.
  • Tag AAHOA via social media announcing your new partnership.
  • Consider a press release announcing the new partnership.
  • AAHOA will add your logo to the website (Industry Partners only).

The Vendor Digest is our weekly email that features promotions, deals, and discounts from AAHOA’s Industry Partners. The email is an opt-in subscription, so you know that the people receiving it want it and are engaged with the content. The email is distributed every Thursday to an average of 4,500+ emails.

Getting Started

Use the Signup Form to reserve space for the week(s) you'd like to participate in. You can sign up for all allotted entries at once or as needed. Try to sign up early if you know of a promotion you want to include in a particular time frame - especially around convention - there are only 15 entries per issue, and they tend to "sell out" early. Dates can always be adjusted later if needed.

  • Submit your material using our Creative Submission Form at least 72 hours before the planned send date.
  • If for any reason, you have trouble accessing the form, you can email all components to ads@aahoa.com.
  • Here are the Specifications for creative material.
  • Take a look at the Best Practices to help engage members and FAQs that may come in handy, too.

Welcome to The Bulletin!

Similar to the Vendor Digest, The Bulletin is a weekly email sent by AAHOA that will be delivered to members who have opted in to receive vendor communications. But the similarities stop there!

The Bulletin exclusively features Club Blue Industry Partners in an individual email allowing you to promote your business, products, or services, event participation, and more! Your strategy is completely up to you. Each Club Blue Industry Partner can utilize The Bulletin once per quarter allowing even more access and exposure to AAHOA Members.

Can I use the AAHOA logo on my marketing materials?

AAHOA does not authorize the use of the AAHOA logo. However, we understand the importance of bolstering your esteemed partnership with AAHOA and we encourage you to use the official Club Blue, Platinum, or Silver Industry Partner seals in your marketing material.

How do I sign up to receive copies of Today’s Hotelier magazine?

I’m an industry partner. I understand I get an AAHOA membership list for use. Can you tell me more about that?

The number of allotted list requests is based on membership level. If you’re unsure about the number of lists allotted or how many remain, contact sales@aahoa.com. Need to request a list? Submit your request online! Lists are typically received within three (3) business days.

How do I know when Town Halls are scheduled?

Town Halls are scheduled as needed and upon the request of the Regional Director. Industry Partners will be notified by email when a Town Hall is added to the calendar.

How do I get communications from AAHOA?

Simply email ads@aahoa.com and let us know the types of communications you wish to receive. We’ll take care of the rest.
